Feeling somewhat fragile.....

.....after dismounting very ungracefully and landing on my derriere in the mud.

Would like to say it was from a just backed three year old, or high powered competition beastie. But sadly no......

First time I've fallen off in years - but at least I didn't let go of the equine in question!

Sometimes I think it's good to have an unscheduled dismount, makes you realise that falling off isn't always something to worry about!

It does tend to rattle the teeth though!

i think i worry about falling off, but whenever i have i usually just think ''ah you muppet'' and that it didnt hurt quite as much as i thought it would.

and ALL my falls when i was riding before were when i was doing something daftly simple, never when i was trying something new. typical!
