Scrubbing the soles with soap and water, good rinse, and a spray with 1% iodine will help to clean things up and allow the heels to spread. Otherwise, not looking too bad. It's possible the thrushy hooves have higher heels than they should, but it's not easy to tell from the angle of the photo. Please do not trim to the correct height too quickly - take your time and take them down bit by bit as the frogs heal. Good luck!
