Out of interest what did folk list as their 3 biggest concerns for sports horses?

Mine were abusive training practices, training and competing horses at too young an age and tack rules being too lenient, not enforced with no way for bitless horses to be accomodated in many sports.

Out of interest what did folk list as their 3 biggest concerns for sports horses?

Equipment- too tight nosebands, severe bit & noseband combinations etc

The fairness of questions asked of horses eg as XC gets trickier and seemingly to catch the horse out.

FEI supporting countries with bad welfare practices like endurance in UAE
