FEI rule changes

Would be interested to know who voted against horse welfare (as thats what they're effectively doing)

FEI sounds an absolute joke, bowing to pressure

Wonder if theres been some brown envelopes getting passed around...

Glad GB voted against, think I saw somewhere Germany were going to vote against. Got a couple of countries in mind who would probably be pro...

Far too much power for "the atheletes" theyre the ones who are generally all costs to win and are the ones causing the blood in some cases. FEI has bowed to their pressure, pathetic organisation

What is the point of horse "sport" at this point?

This statement sums them up. I thought the horses were supposed to be the centre of the sport....

"The athletes came to us to ask to change it, further to what happened in Paris, and we listened to them. Let’s not forget that the athletes are at the centre of our sport, nobody else. So we listen to them and we help them to accommodate them. And I think that we need to respect the people who have been working really hard on this to make this rule better."
