Have decided to bin sky tv, we seem to be paying an awful lot and most evenings end up watching free to view stuff anyway. Am very tempted to sign up to FEI as I will miss the Sky coverage of some of the horsey stuff. What is it like, do you get good coverage in the main or is it a waste of money. My TV of choice would be eventing or dressage so does this get much coverage (and do they have Mr Tucker commentating).

I have never had sky, but I do subscribe yearly to Feitv. I find it good value, I watch most of the coverage.

The only downside is certain events are unavailable to watch on the Uk - Badminton for example - but there are ways around it.

Also depends on your broadband speed, though mine is rubbish and I have no problems watching.

Been watching the dressage today, and most of the time you are able to watch on demand.

I subscribe to fei tv as well it's great,am sitting now watching Aachen dressage from beginning to end, well I am retired so why not.

Well Ive decided to try it. Signed up this afternoon and logged on just in time to watch Carl, am now preparing dinner with the laptop on the worktop waiting to watch Edward & Charlotte. Dinner is being timed to be ready just as Charlotte finishes her test, I do hope hubby will understand :) So far, so good!

When it works it's fine but if you have a problem their customer service is non-existent. I was blocked from Badminton x-country even though I am inFrance and it took them the whole day to restore my access,in fact I could view again 10 minutes after the end of x-country. Never even got an apology.

I'm surprised by this - I have contacted them a few times and they have always been super quick getting back to me - I hope you emailed a complaint.

For me the app on my phone and on my iPad is a bit glitchy. When I turn it off and go back to it fairly quickly (few mins) the live feed doesn't load first time.

However it always does work after a few tries, and it totally worth it!!!!!

Sorry, I lost my reply;I was saying that what I feel pleasing with fei.tv, is the fact one can watch the replay up to a week after the event.I couldn't watch yestarday, so I settled down today, put on replay and was able to watch whichever rider I wished to follow, which in this case was ALL the dressage! You can stop and restart whenever you felt like it....

I'm a bit peed off with them renewing my subscription and removing money from my account without notice. Yes apparently I've signed up to auto renewal but notification - and opportunity to cancel - is good business practice.
