Looking for a sweet itch rug for this coming season and came across the Felix Buhler which looks like a more affordable Boett, however there aren't many reviews. Was wondering if anyone has had any experience of it and could tell me more?
If it is too good to be true I would really appreciate recommendations for a different one. Have had a Rambo for two years which is now in a bit of a state, I would buy it again but the issue is there isn't much belly coverage and that is where she's bitten. TIA

I bought one for this summer, and I am very pleased with it. Good price, good coverage; my horse makes a terrible sing and dance about flies but was fine in this rug and he didn’t get sweaty in it. I’m still using it actually, but as base layer to cover his clipped belly!

I swear by either the Rambo or the Premier Equine sweet Itch hoody. Try are both very similar and very tough...unlike the Boett types. I find the Boett type rugs shift too much and the belly covers get filled with hair and dirt. The belly is meant to overlap to cover the belly but tbh, I always use an additional cream on the belly, especially the belly button and the sheath area. My go to is Net Tex Itch Stop

I have boetts and Rambo si hoodie. I find the Rambo too heavy AND HOT DFOR MID SUMMER SO BOTH BRANDS DO WELL TO COVER THE SPRING SUMMER AUTUMN SEASONS. I WOULD LIKE TO SEE A SAMPLE OF THRE MATERIAL OF THE FELIX BUHLER BEFOR I BOUGHT ONE. THEY SEEM WELL PRICED BUT THEY DO LOOK SWEATY AND QUITE THIN. dE mEUOLENKAMPF FROM sOLVA ISLANDICCS DO REASONABLY PRICED RUGS SAME MATERIAL AS THE BOETT BUT THEY SELL THEM AT A CHEAPER PRICE.

I went up a size but only because my horse has quite a big chest and lots of different makes of rug are tight there on him, it is quite 'roomy' elsewhere so I would say they are probably quite true to size.
