Just curious

My horse can be a bit of a nightmare to jump but she's starting a series of dressage and pole work lessons near to me, so would be ideal to get things a bit more together.

Has anyone been taught/ seen her teach before?

Any opinions appreciated

I personally haven’t, but she seems to be a bit of a marmite instructor, some love her, some don’t. If you do go for a clinic, let me know what you think please.

I love her, she's been teaching me and Axel for 4 years now and I wouldn't want to use anyone else.
She's very classical and explains everything really well. She's not a shouty instructor at all and not mean.
I have had a pole work and a jumping lesson from her as well as dressage and she certainly knows her stuff.

Any other questions just pm me xx

Oooh goodie, thats the sort of thing I was looking to hear

Have had enough of shouty - "what on earth are you doing?!?!?" belittling instructors to last me a life time

Just have to hope she's got enough space left.

I had some sessions with her a few years ago. She is very classical in her outlook, and is definitely NOT a shouty type of instructor at all.

She didn't suit me, as she is heavily in to the theory behind the method, and for my liking there was a little bit too much theory and not enough "doing", but that's just my own personal opinion. As an instructor, she is very good, if you don't mind talking about the in's and out's of everything you are doing.

She doesn't suit me, but I would still recommend her as a good instructor.

Thats okay, I like being explained the theory/ reason behind doing things and then being put into practise. I'm open to anything really!

Besides any shouting, abuse or telling me to sell my horse...

I'm looking into getting more into the classical side of riding anyway as I'm starting off down that route and enjoying it
