Would you use a female farrier?

If you are one - how do you find it?

How was training on the minimum wage? Did you cope!?

Just answered your post below. I have used a female farrier and she is excellent, and I would have no objections to using her or another female farrier at any time.
Apart from that, I can't help, sorry.

As above, can't help on whats it like being a female farrier but my farrier is female and she is great. I would say the best i have had.

i've had one. i thought she was good. a friend of mine thought she was too aggressive cos she was overcompensating for being a girl.. x

I have a female barefoot trimmer. She's excellent, and has no trouble coping with the job. She's part of a collective of three trimmers, all female.

Mines excellent and always turns up on time unlike most male ones I know!!!!

There aren't any female farriers that I know of in a usable distance to me but I wouldn't feel any different about using a female than a male.
