Hi,

Just wondered whether anyone could help. Horse's owner took the horse hunting on Sat and spent most of the day galloping around, jumping 3 ft or so and spent a fair bit of time on flinty ground. Horse came out of box lame on near fore with a tiny bit of heat at the bottom of her fetlock on the inside. She was out in the v.small paddock yesterday for the whole day to walk around a bit. Came in with no swelling and just this tiny bit of heat. She is definately lame. Haven't given her any bute as yet.

Sounds to me as if has damaged something, some bute, and some cold therapy is what i always try in these cases obviously box rest whilst on bute so no further damage can take place, perhaps walking out in hand if any swelling happens
