Fetlock sore? Maybe a bed sore?

My horse come in yesterday had a scab on his fetlock gave it a clean and put some cream on it didn’t think much of it. Today it looks more like a sore and I was wondering if anyone else has had something like this and if it warrants a vet visit. It’s a tiny bit hot not swollen and not lame. It won’t be anything to do with mud because we’re probably one of the only places in the uk with very little mud (sorry to brag).

I wondered if it maybe could be a stable sore as he is a big fan of laying down and he has gotten a hock sore before. It’s outside/front of hind fetlock. I have cold hosed, antibac creamed, put in loads of extra bedding and also given him an extra carrot. 🥕

Don’t want to call my vet in the evening for a booboo if not needed 🤣IMG_7360.jpeg

Itchy for some reason? My sweet itch pony would chew sores like that on his legs.
I personally wouldn't be getting the vet unless it got worse or refused to heal.

My old TB started getting scuffs on the front of her fetlocks on her front legs when stabled. I started putting stable wraps on and the fetlock healed but she then started getting them on her knees instead when she wore her wraps. She was on matting and a straw bed so no idea how she did it.

It ended up just being something I had to manage through the winter.
