Field companions chewing his mane..?

Firstly, he's a little b***** as well so I cannot blame the other horses, but they are chewing all his mane off

I've tried a hood, won't fit his broad head, any other ideas?

douse it in something harmless that tastes horrid - flyspray maybe?

I've tried a couple of things that doesn't seem to stop them!

Can you recommend anything you know would be harmless but foul tasting!? Cos I've had no luck yet!

I know it sounds silly but it's upsetting me! Haha, cos I wanted to show him, but can't now with his mangy mane!

Buy a pot of chilli powder from your supermarket and sprinke it on, they absolutely hate it

My youngster was a git for chewing the other horses' tails. It was messy but a liberal coating of cribox on the tails did the trick!

Yeah I second the chilli powder, you can also buy cribox in a spray, worked a treat when my horse took to shredding others rugs!

Try Bitter Apples. I have seen it at the vets for sale. Brilliant stuff
