Is your horse new to the herd and they are just sorting out their pecking order or has it been in with the same horses for a while. Maybe suggest to the yard owner that you section a bit off so the horses can get to know each other over the fence. Or introduce 1 or 2 of the known quieter ones to yours for a bit so they get used to each other. But at the end of the day they are horses and doing what comes natural to them. Yours will learn to bite back. But for now booting and rugging up is all you can do to protect her.

Personally I'm a very over protective mother and keep mine separate. He's not always the most friendly and can be very annoying so he is always getting kicked. He's happy on his own and I'm lucky our yard only turn out individually or in pairs. Is there anyway you could split the field and turn her out with just one other?

Try and turn her out with one other horse so that they establish a "pair bond" and then try her back in the heard? That is what I had to do with my mare, however she was the one doing the bullying! This approach seems to have worked though.
