Field / Grazing / Stables / Livery in Stamford, Lincs

Hey,

I'm most likely having to relocate from the West Midlands to Stamford due to boyf's new job. Myself and my horse have been at our current yard for 14 years so its going to be a massive upheaval for us both.

Does anyone know of any livery yards in the Stamford area? I'm just trying to get a general feel for the place really, so any knowledge would be good! In an ideal world i'd like my own field, either with shelter or ability for me to put portable one on. I have a retired cob at the moment, part of the deal of moving over there is that I get a new horse also, so would need room for 2 ideally.

It's a really horsey area round there, I'm afraid I live a bit south of that so don't know any actual places, but might be worth contacting CWG in Stamford, or Chandlers in Barnack as a starting point?

I live nearby - used to keep mine at a livery in Stamford - definitely look in CWG and Chandlers and also SAPS in Stamford. Best to look when you know for sure where you will be living as there are lots of villages around that have livery/fields etc

Thank you both so much - that's just what i'm looking for! I've only driven around there briefly, and whilst its seems very green, I didn't spot any horses! It's good to have a starting point now!
