My JR is particularly tiny (and has a particularly large chip on her shoulder about her size!).

She has always been a bit wary of other dogs since she encountered an overly playful Springer when she was a pup, but she has been getting more and more antisocial. Last week she full on attacked a tiny puppy. The puppy was doing nothing except looking at her and she pinned it to the ground and tried to bite it.

Obviously she is now no longer allowed off lead around other dogs but is this fixable? I've been wanting to get another JR but I'm worried now that this won't ever be possible.

We always had JR's when I was growing up and none of them behaved like this. Help! Any words of wisdom please?

we have one that is similar, but only on very rare occasions. we took ours to dog training and puppy socialisation classes and she got on fine there, but there is still the odd time when she will just launch at a dog for no reason. We think at this stage she will always be like that, so we just watch her around other dogs. We got another dog to see would it help the problem and the two of them are best pals and play with no issues. But she still will just launch at random dogs at shows etc, so we just watch her like a hawk and stop the issue before it happens
