Have not been for donkeys - 15 years!!!! he is a baby but not very forward thinking....

Are they well turned out or quite?

How fast are they - and what about jumping??

I went out with the Fife once and it was a fab day's hunting. They jumped everything and when we got back it was nearly dark. There were ways round though and gates for those who didn't want to jump, and I specifically went on a jumping day. I wear a wool black jacket but I'm sure there were people in Puffas, it was very cold! I've been out with the Kingdom Draghounds too and they were good but TBH my showjumper and me found it a little tame. I plan on going out with the Fife again this year as it jazzes up my showjumper and encourages her to be more forward going. I don't know when they start, I will need to phone up.

The only one further north is the Kincardine which hunts around Stonehaven and Aberdeenshire. I don't think they have many hunt jumps but its quite a nice hunt.

Hunting in Scotland is so damned cold though!

Ive been with the Fife a few times
They are all really friendly and looked after my horse when it was her first time out.
This was a while ago as I have moved north (no blooming hunting in my area) but certainly would recommend a day with them.
As for outfit, I wore hacking jacket but plenty black/pinks etc I found everyone quite smartly dressed and horses v well turned out

Enjoy
