Not an advert but if any horse lovers are near enough to Ammanford in S Wales, or who could ring an order for a bag of feed through to Claytons Animal Feeds in Ammanford (01269 592912 - tell them it's this appeal) I'm trying to fill my new(ish) 3.5 ton lorry with feed to drive over to Lluest Horse and Pony Trust as close to Christmas as I can. Hope there'll be some donors who'd like to join a convoy to drive over there with me (cab in lorry only seats 3 lol). Lluest Horse & Pony Trust is a small charity just outside Llangadog. Small but the work they do is amazing! They take the cases that the "big boys" turn away. In fact, one of the "big boys" now gives out Lluest's number when they are approached for help. Don't get me started! I am privileged to have Lluest Lady, a tiny 7.2 shetland mare on permanent loan to me as a companion to 8hh Molly who I rescued after the "Christmas Day Appeal" on this Forum 3 years ago. Might be 2 years. Brain foggy!!!

Mollichaff Veteran, Applechaff, D&H 16+ cubes, Speedibeet, Hi Fi Lite - all acceptable. Drop a bag in to Llwyncwn (tel 01269 592049). I'm kicking thiings off with 2 bags of each of the above - help me get the lorry groaning at the seams!

Please help me make sure all the equine residents of Lluest have as full tummies at Christmas as we all will.

Will do so now. Please PM me if I can help in any way - I'm in Pontardawe and would really like to help if I can. What a lovely idea.

Lluest is a great place. I adopt one of their ponies for my sister as her Christmas present, we've also been able to visit her adopted pony which was great. Will get myself over to Claytons and order a bag, and if anyone is wondering what to get the child who has everything, adopt one of their herd :)
