Filling in a job application?

It has been so long since I done one, that I have gone blank!!!

I am currently filling in one, and I remember that there used to specified, secondary education and further education.

The one I am doing just says relevant education. So the question is, do I need to bother putting my secondary results, or just put my further education? And if I have to do both, do I put the most recent first?
