Fillongley and surrounding area

We are exploring various places in the Midlands as will be moving next year at some point. I've noticed a fair few equestrian properties on the market in this area but they seem to have been on for some time so wondered if anyone knows the area and what it's like for hacking or if there is a reason why these properties aren't selling.

HS2 is going through quite near there

Ah good point, funnily enough that's part of the reason we are moving as my husband will probably be working on Hs2 among other things! Will get him to find out where it's going exactly.
