Apparently they were 'doing it anyway' so he thought he'd let them carry on while he recorded them. He then had the audacity to complain that one of them wiped himself along the door when they got home! Outrageous! He hosed them all.
Sorry had to laugh my Dobes would never do that. When I have my friends dogs to stay a Lab & Springer(both working) I have to take them in fields where there are no water troughs otherwise they just get in and sometimes it has pond weed in it and they come out all green and slimey.
When Jake and Brig were babies, I showed them a disused trough where Brig would sometimes have a drink. Jake just got in and swam round. He was a demon for dunking himself in puddles and now Zak clearly thinks it's the best thing. Both were chosen by the OH: he likes cheeky ones!
LOL, happy dogs. Most of my shepherds have loved to wallow, Evie will dig out a muddy puddle if she doesn't feel it is big enough to totally immerse herself.

My springers do that aswell, my boy also cant just drink out of a trough and no matter how cold the water will just jump in for a drink. They are filthy dogs and a hose pipe is a must!! I also have my own dog room in the house where they go if disgusting and wet
