Finadyne paste

Has anyone ever been given this by the vet for their horse. My MIL has just been given it for her lami pony, and I have never come across it before. Sadly I think we are talking last chance saloon for the pony, but was hoping for some positive stories on it!

It's a very effective painkiller/antiinflammatory. It's not going to cure laminitis, but it will help a lot with the pain. Like bute, only better

I had it when I was also in a last chance saloon with a laminitic. I lost him in the end anyway sadly but it did seem to help with the worst of the pain.

It's flunixin, another NSAID. Also goes under trade name of Banamine.

In cattle we also have finadyne as a pour on shame they dont licence that for horses.
