After 6 long horseless years since leaving home for uni & never returning I finally have a horse to call my own again.
Rosie is an 8 year old 16hh Belgian warmblood who turned up at the yard my share horse was kept a month or so ago. It was a case of right place right time when it turned out her 'owner' was in fact her loaner who had got a new passport for her and advertised her for sale!! :O She had bounced checks on everyone from back man to livery before doing a moonlight flit minus horse! (thats the short version of the story!)
Anyway her owner was found and asked me to ride her so she could take advert pictures. BIG mistake!! I fell in love and now have her on 6months loan with a view to buy.
I just wanted to introduce ourselves properly after being a lurker for a long time! She's a brilliant little mare but not without her share of issues and feel this will be a great place for opinions and advice.
Sorry for the ramble! and thanks for reading if you did!
