Finally I'm complete!!!!

Well I went for a test drive on a possible Gelding on Saturday

. I loved every minute of it, the walking the trotting, the grooming, his temperament and his attitude (he loves his loving petting session).
The lady/owner asked me when we were de-tacking if I was in love and I have to say with gooey eyes, yes I was.

I explained my situation, that my solicitor has my cheque

and that I did love him and want him, I also explained that he would be living with 2 shetlands and be living at the east coast(mablethorpe area) which to that she jumped for joy telling me she loves that place!!

She told me she was happy to wait till my solicitor gets in contact

I've been out and bought him a Lik-it and spent another £30+ on him yesturday, to which I texted his owner and told her I bought him lots of stuffs

So here he is, my one true friend for life...........Barney!!

huge congrats. he looks lovely. i hope your solicitor pulls his finger out and gets the cheque sent out very quickly so you can go collect your new boy. i hope you have so much fun with him.

cant wait to ride him again, I told the owner while de-tacking that the OH will be 2nd place in my heart(as a joke) he lifted his head right up, pricked his ears forward and looked at me, owner replied with "OMG he heard you!" thats when I got abit teary when I had to say good bye

but I'll be seeing him again, me acting all like a rash when I do see him again

I'm still on a high from saturday and cant seem to come down and Zoe I feel stalkerized

I'm glad people have been rooting for me

I read your post last week and answered I thought she might be finding it hard to sell him, so I'm really pleased your patience (?!!?) paid off!!

At least the lady knows now how much fuss and attention he will be getting from you and might not feel so bad....

Its like I'm on something like a drug and the wait to see him again is killing me, just now trying to find a place that will take us all when we move, damn the people who wont advertize their perfect yards!!!!

Lol aw goody everyone is finding their one true furry friend, I nearly knocked my drink onto the keyboard, OH has broke his thumb(not my fault) and my pin board isnt straight.....I'm not phased by any of it, ah true love this must be it

Oh he looks lovely. So happy for you. Any idea how long you will have to wait. It would drive me mad too. I found my new horse last week. Lucky for me it was at the sales so he was vetted and came home the same day. So far so good I love him already. Which is amazing as it normally takes me a while to bond with a new ned.

Lmao believe it or not we were arguing about Barney last night, who was going to be riding him, I clearly won when the hell flames appeared in my eyes and the devil spoke for me
