The mare I posted on a couple of weeks ago finally raged into season after finishing her Regumate. I took all your advice and had her jabbed straight after the course had finished and it worked a treat
She had not shown any signs of coming into season all spring / summer and this time she couldn't wait to get to the stallion (tart!).
She stood well and was covered 3 times in hand so I am now waiting with baited breath for her first scan to see if she has taken.
Stupid question really but what do you reckon are the chances of her being in foal (she's a young healthy maiden mare and the stallion has an excellent fertility rate) ???
