as you know Ive had problems with my yard, for you who haven't Ive had to deal with broken fences, bodged fences es, broken stable, YM lost my rent(2 months) other livery's and YM being bitchy and twisting everything people say, hay gone up for me but no one else, no grazing and field who have grazing are on smallest of fenced off bits and it goes on and on!

well I'm going to look at a yard 5 Min's from my one its £20 more a month has post and rail, sand school (don't have) and there's only 4 livery's on it at present! everyone keeps to there self I'm going to view it on Thursday so wish me luck!

I'm payed up till mid September I'm sap post to give months notice but i think ill give my notice after seen in and move week/few days after i can ride him to yard and to be honest Ive had enough of that yard only thing i liked about it was no rats!

marsh Ive been looking for 2 months now and its got me down i don't want to go up to my yard anymore my boys getting cared for ofc but I'm not spending enough time with him longest in last month Ive been up yard was 4 hours to do my stable. Keep looking best way i found is drive around turn up on yards being polite ask to come on and ask if they have or know anyone who has that's how i found out about mine

roll on 3pm thursday!

im actually moving on with a friend who keeps her horse miles away we will have our own field and he will have a dapple mare to keep him company!

think your right michelleice i might try that, i'm feeling the same in exchange for them putting my boy out in morning (they wont change rugs or take them off etc i struggle to go up in morning as i leave house at 5.15am i am a postie) i often have come up on a warm day find she has taken all her 8 horses rugs off but left my boys on! I have to take her 8 horses in of an evening i'm not scared of them but they have absolutly no manners barge and spook and kick eachother one of them rips leadrope from your hand its a loooong walk from the field! wereas V is perfectly well behaved and he's only 1yr old! i often get the feeling she has given her horses my boys breakfast (maybe i'm being paranoid) i was told my horse was mounting and penetrating the mares ( i had never seen any slight stallion behaviour from him) got a very expensive hormone injection and blood test done only for it to be proved he is in fact a 100% no doubt at all a gelding not a rig as they suggested! he keeps getting put in the smallest field with the worst fencing although i'v asked her repeatedly not to as he had a lot of scratches on his front legs and chest. i cannot be there in morning unfortunately at all i do all hers in evening thats the deal but i certainly would never treat her horses as though they were 2nd class citizensas it seems my horse is being treated! sorry rant over lol. well good luck on the new yard hopefully i'll find somewere for my horsey soon to :S x
