Finance For Horsebox

Dear All,

Can anyone recommend someone to provide finance on a horsebox that we wish to purchase through our yard. In the region of £35K and financing as a business.

The company I keep coming across is Close finance but their rates are vertical. not just steep!

Any pointers would be appreciated, especially if you have used someone yourselves.

I'd suggest though that if you're having trouble financing it you might consider whether such an expensive purchase is sensible and look at a cheaper lorry.
 
Stay well away from Close Motor finance! I had a car with them (I was 19, stupid, and wanted a convertible without reading the small print :o) and the monthly payments were horrendous! I worked out that in 1 year I had paid more in interest than what I had paid off of the car!

Hi, thanks.
We will have no trouble financing it and the £35K lorry is the more sensible option than others we have looked at. We like to keep our bank out of the picture for this type of purchase and only tend to use them for new land purchases over the short term.
We have not yet made an application to anyone, hence my request for links to a good broker / lender. We ask each 'horsebox finance broker' what there best terms are and they all seem to be well over 10%, 12% and Close at 16%!!
