I think there are FB groups specifically for this? But if you don't mind sharing a few photos and basic info on him, then people here may have some suggestions. I guess you've tried all this, but have you tried following up: names in his passport, his breeder, any dealers he went through? Or post on your regional horsey FB groups, people may recognize him if he's a riding club type.
