We are considering anything with a minimum of 25 acres with accomodation.
My partner is an experienced farmer and we are looking to do arable farming and sheep, plus a few horses. I have tried all the agents and we are on the council farm register. They seem few and far between. Any help or contacts much appreciated.

Kivells, Rendells. If you can get hold of the Western Morning News (Saturday) you'll find farming ads of all types, including farms. We've looked in the past, and found very few - would you consider a Duchy property? If so, have a look at Philip Fowler's website, he's based in Chagford.

We would consider most areas in Devon, but somewhere within a 10 mile radius of Newton Abbot would be the ideal. i.e denbury, broadhempston, bovey tracey, ipplepen, totnes etc. But would also consider Exeter and further a field and anything over 10 acres.
