Finding a Freelance instructor.

Well once i've popped out this child - which i hope will be soon.

Then I am wanting to have some flat and Jumping (still desperate to use my xmas present)
lessons.

The question is how do you go about finding a good freelance instructor??

My friend has a lady that comes and teaches her, but thats classical dressage, not really my cup of tea.

So any ideas where i can find one?
