finding a yard with accomodation to let...

Not too far outside the M25.... what are the chances?

i found one the other day, didnt know wether i should go for it, every one put me off and byt the time i made up my mind and phoned up it was gone... totally gutted.

What are you looking for and where?

stables with enough grazing to make a small business out of, roughly 10 horses, north, north west, south west surrounding areas of M25 no more than an hours drive from north london.

doesnt have to be anything flashy, and i dont want something that is just being made into a yard while they get planning permission.
