finding an old owner in yorkshire

i was wondering if anyone on here knows of a ms c mills or someone who went by that name in 1999, i have the adress that is on my horses passport but dont no how much to put on here.

the adress ends nr goole, east yorkshire

anyway this is just out of curiousity as i have no need to find this person but she is the only one on my horses passport that i dont know.

i believe she owned my mare from her being born in 1996 till 6 or 7 but i could be wrong

any information apreciated xx
