finding dad... or not?

I'm trying to look up info about my sister's horse's pedigree, without much success.
we know his mum was an un-registered welsh sec D, and his father was a coloured hanoverian stallion "something George" according to the lady we bought him from.

he was a bit of an accident... mum was 14.3 and dad was 17.2 ish apparently.

any ideas anyone?!
