Finding livery for 3 horses....help

I need to find livery in the thatcham area (DIY) for 3 horses! Why is every yard I'm calling laughing when i say 3?! Someone help me!

All i want is nice big stables summer turnout and a nice school! Some winter turnout would be nice but not essential! Argh!!!

It is doable but probably better talking to larger yards as they are more likely to have stables free.
