Does anyone have a crib biter and struggle to find livery? Just looking for some opinions, how you manage you your cribber? I've had to move yards after two years because the fencing has deteriorated and my cribber is just being blamed for everything. I'm happy to move as there were a few other problems at the yard. The yard owner painted cribbox all over my stable the other night after I'd left, he'd gone into my stuff to find it!

Luckily at both the yards I had my cribber at didn't mind, tho I did offer to pay for any damage. I put a metal strip on his door and I put electric fencing on top of any post and rail. He is on individual turnout so he has a cribbing post in his field. He only does it after food or treats and I've never tried to discourage it x

my boy cribs and I only had a problem when looking for new yards. generally I let him do it. we have a metal strip on his stable. with my lad its a stress thing so I like to know what is stressing him out.
