Finding my previous posts - How??

Soory to be thick but...

How do I see the posts I've posted without having to trawl through the boards till I find myself??

Click on your name, the click view all posts

I've got to reply so I can see my name and do the same thing!

I go to "who's online" then trawl down to find myself, click on my username then search my posts!

Not sure if there is a quicker way as without actually posting on a thread that's the easiest way I've found to do it
