Finding someone to hunt my horse?

I have a horse that I feel would really benefit from a few days hunting. The problem is, I dont think Im the man to take him. How would I go about finding someone who will take him for me? cheshire area.

Contact the secreries of the local hunts. You will find them on the MFHA website.

There will be any number of people willing to have a go.

However, on a note of caution, I would be careful who you chose. Try and find someone who is known to someone whose opinion you trust.

There are some riders who would abuse the opportunity by pushing your horse harder than would be merited.

Thank you Herne.... That is my concern. He is a big lad and not a naturally fit type, so I wouldnt want him overfaced. He will really light up....in a good way.... so I would like someone who will know the best time to call it a day on his behalf!.
