I just lurve fireworks I'm afraid. I know most animals hate them and I'm sad for them being frightened (my cats are hiding under the bed as I write) but I love them. Sorry to those who hate them

Ahem... this is the lastest news forum

I absolutely hate them because of the stress they cause the animals. I think they are totally uneccessary. It wouldnt be so bad if they were just pretty colours without the noise.

Not exactly the latest news

But I like fireworks, I do think they should be only allowed on the 5th of november, and in organised fireworks nights.

Was riding my horse bareback tonight at about 7.30 with them all going off, I was so happy with him bless him!

OK. Latest news. As we were driving to our field tonight to check the neds were OK, a firework was thrown at and hit my hubby's horsebox which he was driving

They are fine at an organised licenced display on advertised dates only. They are explosives after all.

someone sent this to me and I signed it straight away. It's not stopping anyones fun but is requesting that they be licenced. So many accidents happen and animals losing their lives is appalling and makes me want to cry to be honest.
