First aid advice needed please

Sorry to bother everyone again, I've come from doing the food shop to find Rox ever so slightly lame on her nearside hind. I've had a feel and can't feel any lumps, bumps or heat so believe the cause may be higher up in her pelvis or possibly back. Is there anything I can give her until the morning as unfortunately my doggy first aid box only has stuff to deal with cuts and torn nails (please don't slate me what with getting divorced I have completely forgotten to sort her first aid box out) I will be on the phone in the morning to the vet to get her checked out. :(
 
I wouldn't give her anything until you have seen a vet. Bar of course TLC.Keep her warm and comfortable.Restrict her movement to a crate or one area if you feel she has done serious damage.
But you would be better not to mask any signs she might have by giving her over the counter medication.It will not help your vet find any issues with her if you have an appointment tomorrow.
Plus human medications are not generally advisable to dogs unless you are able to talk to your own vet before giving them....to many side effects if the dog has underlying conditions.

Keep her quiet, warm and comfy. She may have just overdone it and could be right as rain with a bit of rest.

Thanks, a friend had said to give her asprin just before bed but this didnt feel right hence I thought I'd ask just incase there was anything I could give her as a temp thing until the vets open in the morning.

That's what I'm hoping, I dropped my keys in the shopping when I got home and it took me a couple of mins to find them so I'm hoping it's just a slight pull and nothing worse. Other than being quieter she's fine in herself. Glad I'm not the only one with a small first aid kit!
