First Aid Kit for Horse - what do I need? Help Please

I am going to make up a First Aid kit for travelling now that I have my new trailer. I think I know what should go in it but I don't want to forget anything. Is there any info anywhere which tells you what to put in a standard First Aid kit? Thanks!
