First Aid training aimed at horse riders?

I already have a First Aid at Work qualification but wondered if anyone knows of additional training I could do that is aimed at treating horse riders, and the more specific injuries that you are likely to come across which are not covered by the 'generic' first aid training. Preferably around Hertfordshire, or nearby (Beds, London, Bucks, Cambs) Thanks

The BHS Equine Specific firsta aid course runs along these lines - the sort of first aid scenaios we are most likely to meet, rather than office based scenarios.
