The first ASBO for flygrazing imposed in the UK. I doubt they will take any notice at all!!

Excellent. It's a start. Too many ponies kept for the wrong reasons in inappropriate conditions

Well, it might be a co-incidence, but one of the clauses is that their horses must properly kept and as every yard in the vicinity seems to have had their rugs stolen, from the backs of horses in some case, I wouldn't be surprised if they are kitting them out for the winter!
