Today we went to our first dressage competition. The pony did not give the boys an easy ride as she got a bit spooked by a football match going on on the other side of the hedge next to the arena. My eldest (age 8) scored 58.26% in intro C and came 4th. My youngest (age 6) got 55.86% in intro A, no placing but a nice well done rosette.
Some nice comments from the judge and lots to work on but both want to do more dressage, the eldest has even been eyeing up the prelim tests.
