first fall off my girly....

Took the girly out today in the sun. My mum came to. She was quite excitable coming out the field etc, but didnt think too much about it, took her for a decent walk and got her working a bit. Then, we saw a bridle way through a wooded bit we hadn't been down before, so I took her for a look and a pony eating monster was in the hedge (sparrow) and she cat umped sideways into the hedge,..which was also scary and did the same the other way too! Plop! Off I came thankfully it isnt a long way to the floor and all I have done is pull my thigh muscle and my shoulders a bit achey. But,.....I thought she'd stand still,....she BOLTED! Good job my mum was ther eor she'd have been out on the main road scary thought. Then,...we danced and pranced and skipped aaallllllllll the way home

Then,....she was doing quite well (ish) mum had let go of her nose band! And this arrogant idiot women came flying past in her car (minimum of 50mph), girly took off - all four feet off the ground,...we ended up in the hedge! Why are some people such t*ssers around horses?!?! But, to balance it,....a biker was coming and he slowed but the car behind came up at a rate of knotts,...the biker shouted at him for me nice biker! It was very obvious to even non-horsey folk my girl was NOT happy!

Oh poor you I do hope that you are not too badly shaken. Its horrid when anything like this happens, some people really do not have any idea of what yhey might have done or what they have caused by there actions Here is hoping that next time you go out it will be better for both of you
