Fizz went for her first flyball lesson on Friday and managed to only embarrass me once!

She seemed to have a really lovely time although the dogs/indoor arena was a bit overwhelming in an 'lets PLLAAAAAYYYYYYY' kind of way when we first started so she went half through and half over the fence round the beginner run after her first jump but she soon clicked that coming to me was much more fun. She normally has perfect recall and only wants to play with her ball so bit embarrassing but otherwise she was fab and was going over all four hurdles by the end. She was totally shattered by the end of the hour although we didn't actually do more than maybe 10 goes over hurdles but those couple of brain cells do take some work to keep going ;)

We have some homework which we're doing on every walk but I'm having to teach her things that go against some of the things I've taught her but she's a smart cookie and certainly seems to be picking it up quickly. I'm really excited to see how she gets on next week.

No photos of the night but he's an obligatory whippet and corgi photo from a recent walk
