First hunt yesterday

Took my boy on his and mine first hunt yesterday with Holly_Jane - went to Purleigh with the Essex Farmers Hunt. I was sooo nervous as he is very spooky and accident prone but we had a great time.

He was a super boy and seemed to really enjoy it. He wanted to be right up the front all the time but stood still quietly when we had to. Didn't get to do any jumps but we did a couple of ditches and he did them no problem!

Hope to go again in December - going to pick a hunt with some more jumps this time.

Was my first outing on Saturday too!! I was out with the Essex!!

Glad you had a fab time!

Essex isn't particularly known for its jumping!! But ditches are!

I am definitely up for going again!

We are possibly going on the 1st Dec - that is going to be one with jumps apparently! :grin:
