First Intermediate BE, recommendations for venue.

I'm thinking of having a crack at an Intermediate, for my mare. We are based in the east, and, as she is small and ponylike, galloping tracks are hard work to get the time. Would prefer a twisty, technical track for her. Any ideas??

Richmond is a nice first intermediate.

Have a look on Shoestring Eventing. They have pics from almost every event so at least you will be able to see how technical the courses are.

i have, thanks. Unfortunately SOE is closed so it looks like it may have to be Lt Downham. We are running of of venues that do Intermediate within 4 hours of us.

Oasby is supposed to be a fair first timer's course and have known people do it as their first, however I've not been myself as too far.
