I had my first lesson in years yesterday on my new boy (who behaved impeccably)

We have lots to work on but one of my main habits is that i tip forwards in the saddle.

Iv had virtually a year off riding (bar the odd hack) had an op this year which cut through all my stomach muscles and i dont have a lot of core muscles strength.

Am doing work on an exersize ball to help the above but i was wondering if anyone had tips/exersizes to share to help me sit up straighter.

Pilates, it's all about strengthening the core and is really useful.

You may even be able to find a pilates instructor/class that focuses on Pilates for horse riders.
