I rode Chico for the first time in his new bitless bridle tonight.

I was a bit nervous as really didnt know if he would take to it etc but pleased to report the result was very good.

It was just like riding with a bitted bridle but felt my aids had to be much lighter.

I am trying it as Chico leans on the right rein normally so i am hoping that alternating between a bitless and a bitted bridle will help him to carry himself more straight.

No real reason for this post, just wanted to share i guess!

i opted for an Easytrek. Initially i wanted to try a Dr. Cooks but read this and went for the Easytrek (plus the easytrek is half the price of the dr cooks, lol!)

£ wise thay appear to be much better value than the Dr Cook. What is the difference between the Easytrek & the Dr Cook?
