First share horse!!!

Just found someone who is willing to let me share her horse - a small ISH and I can't stop grinning!! No one I know is horsey so I am sharing it here. I've only been riding for 9 months so I'm a real beginner but I'm so happy I've got the opportunity to spend 3 days a week with a horse!! Yard is surrounded by acres of safe hacking without even seeing a road so hopefully I'll be able to start riding without a fence around me! Not sure why I feel safer with a fence but there you go!

Any tips and suggestions would be really appreciated

I always feel safer in a field if I know where the fence is cos at least you know where you'll stop if they do decided to go for it.

Good old you. Will be the best thing you ever do. 12 months ago I wasnt even slightly horsey. I just been down to the stable to check on my new horse. (now thats sad at 9pm on a thursday night) Says it all. Once bitten.
