First Show -Advice please

I will hopfully be going to my first show next month, jumping 2ft to start. It says the show jumping is to be run according to BSJA rules, i can't seem to find these rules so wondered if someone could tell me where i can find them?
Also it says correct dress must be worn in all classes, im just doing a novice class and pairs so what would correct dress be for these classes?
This is probably stuff i should already know but just want to make sure

I'm not hot on the bsja rule thing but i guess its things like the length of your whip, number of refusals before elimination etc. i'm sure someone will be able to help.

I'm guessing dress would be a black / dark blue or tweed jacket (?), pale jodphurs, black / brown boots, shirt and tie or shirt and stock, dark gloves and dark riding hat. unless you're doing pairs fancy dress?
