As some of you might recall my horse has been injured so not been doing much lately! I bought a new horse in April but havent been able to go any shows as we are having a lorry buildt and its not finished!
Well we hired a trailer, robbed my OH's 4x4 off we went! She loaded perfectly, and travelled great. Got there and walked the course for the b.nov it was a two phase. Fences looked fine but banners on the fence next to afew of them worried me abit.
So warmed up, she jumped fine but warm up was quite busy.
Entered the ring, jumped 1 - 4 great, came to 5 it was a black and yellow filler she half stopped and then jumped it (phew) she jumped the rest of the first phase great. Then the jump of i didnt want to get placed (£) so went round the houses so to speak and she jumped the rest clear!
So waited and jumped the discovery. She warmed up ok, not as good as first time. Some d**k in the collecting ring started swearing at my dad, because he was stood by the jump with my whip down by his side and kept perfectly still. When the blokes horse stopped at the fence, he told my poor dad to put the f*cking whip behind his back co your scaring my f*cking horse!! - I was fuming, and my poor dad wasnt chuffed! Arrh i hate jumped up people!
Soo went into ring, and she went really strong! Jumped 1 - 4 great then i abit flat at 5 and had back rail down, jumped the rest perfect. Although i couldnt stop!!
So all in all a great day for us! I have got a video a so will upload it later.
